Todd D. Rosen is the Founder of Todd Rosen Law Group. A Miami native, Mr. Rosen graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1994, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of Arizona in 1998. He returned to his hometown to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2001.
Mr. Rosen’s experience in personal injury began when he interned with Josephs Jack, a well-respected civil litigation firm in Coconut Grove, Florida. He remained with Josephs Jack upon graduation from law school, and became a partner with the firm after a few years. At Josephs Jack, Mr. Rosen gained over 10 years of trial experience in complex personal injury cases. In 2010, Mr. Rosen utilized his experience by opening the Todd Rosen Law Group.

He serves clients located throughout the state of Florida, and vigorously takes on some of the largest insurance companies and corporations in the world. Most recently, Mr. Rosen was co-counsel in a car accident case where his client obtained a $10,096,567.00 jury verdict.

In 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, he was named by the Rising Star list, a distinction held by 2.5% of lawyers in Florida. When Mr. Rosen is not seeking justice for his clients, he is spending time with his wife Natasha, son Sean, and daughter Mila.
